What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use the API, we log request metadata (endpoint, timestamp, credits used) for billing and abuse prevention. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

Your data is used to operate the service: authenticate requests, track credit usage, send transactional emails (welcome, billing receipts). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payments (they receive your payment info, not us), Vercel and Railway for hosting, and Neon for database storage. Each has their own privacy policy.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. API logs are retained for 90 days. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@sportsdatahq.com.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage data. No third-party tracking cookies.
